Only household trash should be placed in your bins. Please do not add construction debris, large items, metal objects, or yard debris.

It's your responsibility to ensure your bins remain in good condition.
We recommend you store them in a shaded area to protect them from direct sunlight, which can cause wear over time. Clean them regularly by rinsing with water and a mild detergent to prevent odors and pests. Avoid overloading bins to prevent damage to the lid or handles.

Moore’s Trash and Recycling Service is not responsible for trash left outside the bins. Always ensure all trash is inside your designated containers.
If you have more trash than your bin can hold, you can contact us to add more cans to your account. Leaving trash outside the bin is done at your own risk.

Please notify us within 24 hours if your trash wasn't collected. Any photos you can provide via email are also helpful.

Our service hours are as follows:
Monday: 7am–5pm
Tuesday: 9am–5pm (Office hours only; no regular service)
Wednesday–Friday: 7am–5pm

No — we observe all federal holidays.
If a holiday falls on a scheduled service day, your trash will be collected on the next available service day — unless it's a Tuesday. Service is not available on Tuesdays, except by appointment.

Please pay your invoice by the due date to avoid service interruption and late fees. If your can is removed due to nonpayment, a delivery fee will apply upon reinstatement.
